Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help, within the guidelines of South African consumer law.

Returns & Refunds

In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers are entitled to return goods within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • The return must be logged within 7 days of receiving your order

Once the item has been inspected and approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty or damaged on arrival:

Used candles

  • Items that have been lit, burned, or altered

  • Used candles
  • Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, returns may be accepted at our discretion, provided the item:

  • Is unused and in resale condition

  • Is returned within 7 days of delivery

In this case:

  • Return courier costs will be for the customer’s account

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.
